Dimaline312000 51 Report post Posted November 23, 2009 I know they probably won't call anyone up but this could be a good time to see what Kindl can do.
JasonNewEra 84 Report post Posted November 23, 2009 They're dropping like flies!!! They gotta call somebody up! What the hell are they going to do if one of the other players gets hurt. That would be WAY too much ice time for the others. Come on Wings!!!
stevkrause 1,247 Report post Posted November 23, 2009 I know they probably won't call anyone up but this could be a good time to see what Kindl can do. Kindl is the last thing we need right now, he is NOWHERE near ready defensively and makes too many poor decisions as it is... if someone like Rafalski had gone done, I could see bringing up Kindl, but we need a defensive d-man, not an offensive d-man... they'll roll with Meech and Lebda(ugh) and if anyone gets called up, it's Janik

No, really.

Guest Lidstromboli Report post Posted November 23, 2009 if we recycle lebda he'll just come back as something else it's time to FLUSH LEBDA
Guest zackmorris Report post Posted November 23, 2009 Ok, I get that most of the time our opinions should be trumped by those in the front office as they know more than we do by virtue of seeing things we can't see on TV and being places we can't be. But why in the f*** are we going to commit to possibly 2 months of Lebda and Meech!? Does Lebda have incriminating evidence of a crime Babcock or Holland committed?! They have to see how useless those 2 are. Do we actually want home ice advantage or do we not care? Because those two will cost us games, mark my words. It'll happen and it'll happen often. Why are they always so reserved? Most of the time I get it, but this time, I just don't know why they're doing this. I'd really like to happen upon Laraque and give him more than a sprained MCL. Miller Brew 0 Report post Posted November 24, 2009 (edited) Losing Kronwall is a huge blow. Not only is he our 2nd PK'ing dman, our PP quarterback, he was solid 5-on-5 and was good at carrying the puck into the zone. This injury stings worse than any of the others. Hockeytown0001 7,652 Report post Posted November 24, 2009 What's more suprising is hearing people say that Meech looked good out there tonight.
Detroit # 1 Fan 2,204 Report post Posted November 24, 2009 What's more suprising is hearing people say that Meech looked good out there tonight. He was better and more physical then Ericsson. I'd mention Lebda, but seriously, Chelios would be a better asset on defence at this point then frickin Lebda.
Guest Lidstromboli Report post Posted November 24, 2009 lebda must've seen ericsson's sweet skating in the beginning of the game and thought "if he can do it, so can i!" you'd seen 22 and then all of a sudden he's in the corners for some reason

You're right, losing Kronwall is a huge blow. He has grown to become as important to this team as Lidstrom, Zetterberg, and Datsyuk.
Hockeytown0001 7,652 Report post Posted November 24, 2009 The only thing Lebda is really good at is skating. That's really about it. He also seemed to be better when paired with Chelios, make 'er happen Kenny.
