Tane 17 Report post Posted January 12, 2010 No one added this one? Really? NOBODY? I know we lost that year, but this to me was the beginning of our rise to glory. I added the Youtube Video For it. The Image I think of really, is the Shot from Behind Casey, Where you can see where the Puck's headed, and you can See Stevie in his follow through at the blue line. that's My Image. Vladifan 680 Report post Posted January 12, 2010 I can't speak for the OP, but I understood the question to mean, "What pic makes you think of the Wings?" or, conversely, "When you think of the Wings, what pic comes to mind?" Sorry if I misunderstood, but that's what I was going with. Rivalred's gets my vote for the best so far. Mebee. But yours are a very close second. As much as there were huge, memorable plays and players for the Wings over the years (for me since about '95), nothing, not one other thing will cling to my brain cells as much as the Russian Five. In my mind, there never was, nor will there ever be anything to match their collective talent, their finesse and grace, and their ability to mesmerize. I chose the Russian 5 pics because they really embody the concept of teamwork, which has been what gets it done in Detroit.

Vladifan 680 Report post Posted January 12, 2010 A) Irrelevant to what exactly, their succes? I know - you can tell that I know because I said as much. Their pussification is very much relevant to their pussification though. B) Where's this "admittance" to trolling you speak of? I said "If I were a troll..." If I were a unicorn, I'd get a kick out of your crush on me. "OMG, Micah just admitted to being a unicorn, call CNN, there's a unicorn posting on the internet!" I hope you guys knock this crap off real soon. It is so not needed on this thread.
