Guest DatsyukianDeke13 Report post Posted January 24, 2010 I think it's more wanting confirmation. Two sources are better than one. If the source is Mickey Redmon, who talked to Lilja, that's good enough for me
Guest DatsyukianDeke13 Report post Posted January 24, 2010 So what happens when he is back? Apparently we are over the cap???
Guest Howard He Do It?! Report post Posted January 24, 2010 If the source is Mickey Redmon, who talked to Lilja, that's good enough for me Well, apparently not for everyone.
Guest Howard He Do It?! Report post Posted January 24, 2010 So what happens when he is back? Apparently we are over the cap??? I think we are still under until Franzen comes back. Ken Daniels said something along those lines.
russianswede919293 95 Report post Posted January 24, 2010 Getting under cap could be a problem now... I'll take it though Lebda gone???
daniel1 32 Report post Posted January 24, 2010 (edited) Lils, then Kronner and Williams, and then Mule at the end of Feb. would sure help us lock up that 4th spot in the Conference and get home ice for the first round, then knock off the Hacks, er, Hawks in the third round!! That would be a great way to end Hossa's season haha! Edit: I forgot poor Homer! We need him back too lol. Edited January 24, 2010 by daniel1
Guest Howard He Do It?! Report post Posted January 24, 2010 (edited) This team needs more than Lilja right now. Edited January 24, 2010 by Howard He Do It?!

ManLuv4Clears 7 Report post Posted January 24, 2010 You sure he isn't drunk and meant Kronwall? This could be very likely as well. Mick does mis-speak at times.
Guest Howard He Do It?! Report post Posted January 24, 2010 (edited) You sure he isn't drunk and meant Kronwall? They had a graphic up of all the injured players and Mickey circled Lilja's face and said he could be back next week. So I doubt it. Plus he already mention Kronwall before mentioning Lilja. Guest Howard He Do It?! Report post Posted January 24, 2010 I guarantee he meant Kronwall. Except he didn't. Mickey first mentioned Kronwall and then moved on to say that Lilja could be back too.
South Dakota wings fan 7 Report post Posted January 24, 2010 That's what I was going to say. He's been practicing and working out so he should be in pretty good shape to come back. Will be so nice to see him soon. Is Lilja eligible to do a conditioning stint in GR? I wonder with his lack of playing in almost a year, if it would be worth while to shake off the rust with the Griffins? Just a thought.
Greatness=PavelDatsyuk 65 Report post Posted January 24, 2010 Who ever appeased the hockey gods for the wings and whatever they did, thank you, the wings are coming back and will be stronger then ever

Greatness=PavelDatsyuk 65 Report post Posted January 24, 2010 Maybe they sacrificed tonight's game. Ouch. In the long run that might be worth it. replacing lenio, lebda, and meech with holmstrom, Lilja, and kronwall, that is worth one game in my book
