chukjones 0 Report post Posted February 2, 2010 We are now getting close to February, and in mid February, the Olympics will start, and all of NHL hockey will go on an break for the Olympics. So all you fans, what do you plan to do during those 2 weeks or so, before the NHL resumes, from the break, and your hockey team plays their first game after the break, and that all depends on their schedule. titanium2 867 Report post Posted February 2, 2010 I'm watching the tournament. In the summertime I was more excited about the Olympics than this whole season. The one game I know I won't forget to DVR is Russia versus Sweden. Plus if it's true that Filppula will play on the first line for Team Finland then I might as well keep an eye on him. NeverForgetMac25 483 Report post Posted February 2, 2010 Call me crazy, but I'm gonna watch Olympic Hockey. I can't wait to see the world's talent showcased on something worth far more than 5 minutes of frivolous East/West bragging rights. The Canada/Russia Gold Medal game is going to be epic. That's right....I'm calling it!

NeverForgetMac25 483 Report post Posted February 2, 2010 Not so fast. Miller alone is not going to be enough to stop the balanced attack of Russia and even more-so the Canadians. I hope I'm wrong, but I just don't see it. Go USA!
Travis 576 Report post Posted February 2, 2010 Miller's mask alone will be good for some key saves. I will live my life as I normally do, I do plan on catching some of the Games, though.

T.Low 1,011 Report post Posted February 2, 2010 Olympic hockey WITH NHL players is very exciting. I could'nt care less about a Team Sweden or a Team Russia W/OUT NHL players. We've been catching the Canadian TV series "Hockey Powers"; each episode chronicles a different Olympic team and how they go about getting together and training, etc. Apparently Team Sweden doesn't do the summer training camp; instead they just get together and go golfing.
