Babcock really screwed up putting Brodeur in instead of Luongo. Brodeur wasn't good against Switzerland and he's not good tonight either. Pretty bad, actually.

Brodeur has been terrible in big games since the lockout.

He's been outplayed by every goalie in the book, including Ray Emery of all people.

I still think the Devils will be dangerous in the postseason...but it will be in spite of Brodeur. He's wearing out. Last postseason really showed it. He's living on reputation at this point, kind of like Hasek did - except people threw Hasek under the bus, whereas no one seems willing to do that to Brodeur.

Most Wins since the 2004-2005 lockout

Kiprusoff - 191

Brodeur - 186

Luongo - 179

Miller - 169

Lunkqvist - 164

I say its a wash. The numbers speak for themselves.

I'm really thinking Brodeur isn't our number 1 guy. Not that Luongo has been particularly tested but Marty just dosen't seem to be getting it done.

Ryan Miller and Brian Rafalski are owning this game so far.

Rafalski is getting hit a lot because he has 4 goals in the past two games and the Canadians are taking notice. They're playing him harder than usual.

What about most playoff wins since the lockout? I'm genuinely curious what the names are for that.

Canada really seemed to get their legs going as the period went on, now they just need to start looking for ugly goals. Too many attempts at fancy passing that results in takeaways

Is it me or is Canada trying to draw penalties instead of hustling for the puck in some circumstances.

Given some of the players on the team (like Crosby, Pronger, Iginla, Niedermayer), I'm not surprised.
