But they beat us fair and square. The Wings had their chances, and they didn't convert. It's that simple. I have absolutely nothing and I mean nothing against opponent fans on the normal basis of them coming here and having an actual chat but to come here and start screaming we're bitching all of a sudden because what you actually made it to the western conference finals? Good, I hope you guys can actually make it past that just for the sake of Todd McLellan. Zion 93 Report post Posted May 13, 2011 I had no respect for Joe Thornton coming into this. I've rooted for previous Sharks like Cheechoo and Blake for their hard work. Up until this series I was a HUGE fan of Joe Pavelski and Ryane Clowe, but the tactics used in this series were simply Duck-like, and I've lost a LOT of respect for the team, and Todd McLellan. I simply can't root for Vancouver to win, because I despise Raffi Torres and love watching Roberto Luongo crack and fold. I'll be cheering for this series like I cheered for the Anaheim/Ottawa series... I won't. In the East, you can only root for the YzerBolts. What a great name, and a little sad, because they have the worst fan base and TV ratings of the teams remaining. I can't root for any Boston or New York team. Sorry. The diving and embellishing the Sharks due pales in comparison to what the 'Nucks do. Such a disgrace. I'm expecting a whine fest as each team tries to outdo the other drawing penalties.
