Quick question: Why do there appear to be 10 skaters out there? I thought the new rules stated that only 8 or 9 were allowed on the ice at a time. Are the refs slacking?

My money on the board pledge:
$1 for each goal scored by a player after whom I have named a hamster.
An additional $5 for each hat trick scored by a player after whom I have named a hamster.
An additional $10 if any of the above goals is the GWG goal that gives us the series win.
An additional $50 if it is the GWG that wins us the Cup.
$5 for a SO by Jimmy.

Honestly I don't think Emmerton has been bad the last few games
Is anyone else finding it hard to even watch hockey anymore? This parade to the penalty box for both teams just isn't fun

Anderson for Emmertons and Nyquist for Cleary would be a fantastic start.If we don't have guys in the minors who can offer more than Cleary or Emmerton, than we have the worst farm team in hockey.
A few players need to be called up for the next game. We don't have time to wait. It's a short season.

Screamed at my tv and woke up my GF cause it wasa that loud but in all honesty WE ARE playing HOCKEY put your damn whistles down, stupid refs they are destroying the game.

Yeah Helm is missing so what? Bottom 6 still needs to step it up. What happens if Helm goes out long term? Bottom 6 has to score with or without Helm. And it's not like Helm is a finisher anyways. No Helm in the bottom six hurts yes but they still gotta figure out a way to get it going offensively with or without him. Yes he's a huge part of our team but still. We are suppose to have depth at the forward position. I've yet to seen it this season. Season is still young mind you...
right but without helmer it changes numerous roles and natural positions. the bottom 6 needs to step regardless but its hard when you're asked to play a role different than what you are good at.
