Thank God we beat the Buffalo Sabres going into Christmas break ... didn't look good at one point. Would be the lowest point of season but now at least, team can rest up, and come back to work fresh and hopefully get back on track.

They really had to win this one. This would have been an absolutely devastating loss. Hopefully Kronwall and Weiss are not badly injured and are good to go Saturday. I know some of you aren't too fond of me but have a great Christmas guys!

I think you just made up some stats? He's played the last 3 games. Only one Which we actually produced some offense (buffalo) one went to a shootout that went 9 rounds and he made 6 saves

Not making up any stats was referring to the Buffalo game only as folks were talking about SO and avoiding it.

But in the small sample size of the 3 games you talk about that Petr has played in as "starter" and technically the first was in relief.

Record is 1 loss in relief, 1 loss in SO, 1 win with goal support. At this point I simply think the sample size is too small to know how the worm will turn.

If his three games is too small of a sample size, why would you whittle it down even smaller and pick out one game?

Then when I presented facts to disprove your statement you said you were only talking about one game but the 3 games prior to that was too small a sample size. Next time the wings score 5 goals with Howard in net does that mean Howie brings goal scoring out of the team?
