(Cholowski drew that penalty, btw.)

OK, seriously, how do you pronounce "Cholowski"? I've heard nine different takes on it over the course of the preseason.

I say Chi-lau-ski... The way Gord Miller is pronouncing it. Not the way Ray Ferraro is pronouncing it...

Cho-low(as in loud)-ski

I was wondering the same about Hronek and Saarajarvi, heard them pronounced differently too. I've heard Hronek rhyme  with chronic (my favorite) and H-row(like a boat)-nick. And Say-yar-uh-yar-vee and Say-yar-uh-harvey. Either way, he sounds like  a pirate.

Why can't we just have different pronunciations for Americans and Canadians? Like Off-ense and Oh-fence? Or Organ-izz-ation and Organ-eye-zation?

Well I just asked Ray Ferraro. Let's see if he settles the issue.
