You know, they say all teams are created equal, but you look at the Wings and you look at the Leafs, and you can see that statement is not true! See, normally if you go one-on-one with another team, you got a 50-50 chance of winnin’. But Filip Hronek is a genetic freak, and not normal, so you got a 25% at best at beatin’ him! And then you add Ville Husso to the mix? Your chances of winnin’ drastically go down. See, between those two, at LCA, you got a 33 and 1/3 chance of wiinnin’. But the Wings got a 66 and 2/3 chance of winning, cause Auston Matthews KNOWS he can’t beat the Wings, and he’s not even gonna try! So, Mitch Marner, you take your 33 and 1/3 chance, minus Husso's 25 percent chance, and you got an 8 and 1/3 chance of winnin’ at the LCA! But then you take Kubalik's 75 perchance chance at winnin’, if we was to go one-on-one, and add 66 and 2/3 ch… percents, the Wings got a 141 and 2/3 chance of winnin at the LCA! See, Tavares McPajamaboy; the numbers don’t lie, and they spell disaster for you at the Pizza Palace!

Goaltending let them down this time. They outplayed the Leafs pretty good. It was nice to see.

The team didn't give up and completely fall apart per normal the last few years. I'll take it.

Derek is overplaying Husso now and should be fired.

I had to listen to it on the radio while I was driving but it sure seemed like the Wings mostly gave as good as they got. There are definitely a few things that need to get ironed out before this team starts competing with the big boys though.

1. The 1st defensive pair needs to be able to shut the door against good offensive players. Whether that's Seider-Chiarot or Seider and someone else.

2. Copp is not a long term solution at 2C. I'd be going hard after Horvat at the TDL or in the offseason.

3. We need Vrana (or someone like him) badly. Someone who can change the game their his offensive ability. How nice would it have been to have someone last night who could pick corners.
