Hey question on the http://www.comcast.net/sports/nhl/hockeylive/

can you watch any game thats going on that night?

or just the one they advertise ex, tongiht being the Buffalo vs Ottawa, and tomorrow being the Dallas vs Anaheim?

Let me know please! :D

Just the one they advertise.

I'm surprised people don't know about this. I had Comcast until just recently and used it all the time. You can watch games on Yahoo also. Just one or two games a night, too.

I'm so mad I missed this. Can't wait to see the highlights.

WOW What a game, and PROPS TO emery for fighting Peters :clap: ..How many games do you think Peters and Emery will get since they faught twice, and Peters hit the ref in the face i don't know if it was really on purpose or not

great game that was almost sullied by some horrible officiating,

Vanek gets behind the buffalo defence and is blatenly hauled down late in the 3rd,..no call

Brier gets drilled without the puck after he spends a good 20 seconds dekeing around making the Ottawa D look like junior hockey- No call

Brier barley touches an ottawa player with his stick-hooking, powerplay for the last 2 for ottawa

lame

Really glad to see Buffalo win it in OT horrible officiating ruins any game.

Why should they get suspended? As far as i know, its just the game misconduct and thats it.

Ray Emery is probably the toughest goalie in the league, so i cant blame Peters for going after him,...as Emery vs Biron is the equivalent of McGrattan fighting someone like Briere. Gotta love the way Buffalo and Ruff in particular stood up for Drury. Thats the mark of a team thats united.

He was on the way to the box and decided to fight again, is there not a rule if you just faught without serving your fighting major, isn't it a suspention.. IM sure they will though

Wow, what a cheapshot on Drury.

As I was on hockeyfights.com, I decided to check out the Wings fightcard over the years. It's amazing how the number of fights drops off after 2004.

I'm not a rabid fight fan by any means, but it's a pretty clear indication of where the Wings are at. What do you think would've happened if someone cheapshotted Lidstrom like they did Drury?

The Wings have had 6 fights so far this season (according to hockeyfights), and all but two of them are by Norton. and the other two were really more scraps than actual fights.

It's hard for me to imagine the Wings meeting up against a team like Anaheim in a playoff series and making it to the next round. Certainly not with their key players healthy.

I think if theres any suspensions and fines, Ruff's the one thats probably facing it the most. The NHL will probably be panzies as usual and go after him for "premeditating" or something. They need to stay the hell out of it! Im gonna be pissed!

When things like this happen, the first thing that always pops in my head is how would the Wings have responded. The answer is always the same....they wouldnt.

You think a coach should have free reign to send his goons out against the opposition's top line and essentially jump them on the draw? Or the Sabre enforcer going after the other team's GOALIE? Doesn't that go against the All Holy Grit Groupie Code?

It's not like the Sens can respond by sending their goons after Ruff, so someone higher up has to deal with it. IE the league.

Don't underestimate the Wings' ability to retaliate, harold. I think it's pretty safe to say that they would have some VERY choice words to say about something like that in the postgame presser.

It wasn't an elbow. It was the same hit that was deemed clean by the league as tossed at Willy, Franzen, and a couple others this year. The ever debated high shoulder.

Yeah, Heatley, Spezza, and whoever else that was out there are sure a scary bunch. Protect your fellow Sabres from those mean nasties!!!

Old time hockey you take the guy's number and wait for him out on the ice. You don't start indiscriminately attacking the opposition's skill guys.

There is a Code, no? Doesn't Olde Time Hockey!© follow some sort of Code?

Neil didn't even get a penalty for the hit. Like it was just pointed out it was a blind shoulder to the face.

I havent seen the hit, but if Buffalo felt it was dirty or that Drury got blindsided by Ottawa's tough guy Chris Neil...the Senators stars are then fair game. You take out our star...we go after yours. Thats THE CODE!

Its like in baseball....if someone intentionally beans your star player, do you then wait for the other teams bottom of the order scrubs to come up to retaliate? No, you hit their star when he comes up to bat.

Whatever happened to keep your head up? Shouldn't that major tenet supercede this other section of the Code?

Which takes priority? The rules that allow one to dish out big checks to opposing player or the ones that state you must throw a tantrum when the rules of hockey aren't in your favor?

For as much clamoring there is for big hits among the grit groupies you sure get bent out of shape whenever they happen. You'd think you'd want checking outlawed. ;)

How 'bout charge the mound and take it out on the guy responsible?

THAT'S the point here. All this dishing out revenge on parties not involved. Granted this isn't the best case to make a point here, but at the very least Bertuzzi sucker-punched the guy that hit his friend/captain and not Sakic.

Im under the impression that Buffalo felt this was a dirty hit (as i said i havent seen it). Doesnt matter how you saw it after replays, its how they viewed it at the time.
