Of course it's no big deal. People were making a big deal about it, but you can't expect guys to be best of friends when they're competing against each other for the Stanley Cup. Cheli seems to get along with everybody, anyways.

People have to understand athletes are just like me and you when they take the gear off and go home to their families.When in the middle of games things may get a little heated,words are exchanged and it really doesn't take much to dislike anohther player especially if he is a good player and your playing against them often ie playoffs.And Bertuzzi doesn't have room to hate or not to forgive anyone after what he did.It will be weird to see him in the winged wheel but I think this could be his resurrection.Bertuzzi could be our Rasheed Wallace or Chris Webber.On another note though one player that I CAN'T STAND is TooToo,Oh man I want Bertuzzi to knock him on his ass!!!!!!!!

I'd buy a Tootoo jersey within 5 minutes of the Red Wings signing him. Love that guy's game. Hate seeing my team play against it, but wish he played for them.

I seriously don't understand why people are making such a big deal about Bert and Chelios.

Like I said, take a look at Stevie and Chelios before he was a Wing.

Seems like if Chelios and his new captain could get past punching each other in the face, then him being Bertuzzi's teammate won't be that big a deal. Vancouver and Detroit didn't have nearly the rivalry that Chicago and Detroit used to.
