Heroes of Hockeytown 694 Report post Posted April 16, 2007 Offsides, the AV is, as ever, brilliant. I love the winged wheel looming ominously over the shoulder of the C. Thumbs up, lemme tell ya! Can't get sopcast to grab the Anaheim game: WHATEVER DUDES. Vancouver-Dallas soon...
Flip-check 6 Report post Posted April 16, 2007 Meanie. You're just jealous of my center ice. It's true, I do find your center ice fascinating. But I think it and I just weren't meant to be. CBC just turns my stomach into knots! Of love.
HenrikRules40 14 Report post Posted April 16, 2007 Am I the only one that thinks the Sprint commercial is effing hilarious? Buffalo? Yes. Wait what? Buffalo! Oh no. Kp-Wings 3 Report post Posted April 16, 2007 I'm just waiting for Vancouver - Dallas to come on. The Anaheim - Minnesota series really doesn't interest me at all, unless it was the only game on.
Flip-check 6 Report post Posted April 16, 2007 Oh wow you went there. You pulled the CBC card. Ouch. I thought we were friends. Sans Grapes, it is far superior to NBC, madame. I think I'm listening to NHL 2K7 whenever the N guys come on. Nobody replaces the Mick and Kenny though. well, I am stuck watching National Treasure until the game starts I... am playing online miniature golf. I never have done this before. It is addicting. HenrikRules40 14 Report post Posted April 16, 2007 I ate meatloaf. Still more exciting than the Anaheim game. It's b/c of Minnesota. They play such a BORING game. I remember falling asleep many times when we play Minny.
SuperCalaFilppulastic! 34 Report post Posted April 16, 2007 It's b/c of Minnesota. They play such a BORING game. I remember falling asleep many times when we play Minny. Yeah, I was still pulling for Minny on this one though. I just do not like those Ducks. But really, it was a lose-lose situation for me. Ducks win - I lose. Minny wins by their style of play - I still lose. But meatloaf never fails me.
Kp-Wings 3 Report post Posted April 16, 2007 CBC is pretty good, with of course the exception of Grapes. I do like Bob Cole and Harry Neale as broadcasters, even though they are sometimes annoying when the Leafs play, considering they are major Leaf homers. Still good broadcasters though. I think Grapes is the only thing that really drags it down. They need a real guy on there to talk about hockey. And no, not Kelly Hrudey either. He is boring, and has the attention span of a 5 year old. He'll be talking about hockey a little bit, then go off and some weird subject that has nothing do with hockey at all. Offsides 21 Report post Posted April 16, 2007 (edited) Offsides, the AV is, as ever, brilliant. I love the winged wheel looming ominously over the shoulder of the C. Thumbs up, lemme tell ya! Can't get sopcast to grab the Anaheim game: WHATEVER DUDES. Vancouver-Dallas soon... Thanks Yes, it will change after every win. Which gives me a lot more work...let me tell you I'm also very bored with the whole idea of Anaheim v. Minnesota...I have no interest in that series at all. I do like Bob Cole and Harry Neale as broadcasters, even though they are sometimes annoying when the Leafs play, considering they are major Leaf homers. Still good broadcasters though. No doubt. I don't know why they split them up though. They'll be back together sooner or later, but I generally disagree with that. They work great together, why throw Jim Hughson or a tard like Greg Millen into the mix?
