Pavel Datsyuk Award- For the player with the most times, made you say "Holy s***! did you see that?!?!" and " How the hell did he just do that?!?!" Sorry, but that one should be the Chris Chelios Memorial Trophy. Every shift, the fact that he is out there increases his level of holys***iness to ten times anyone else's. Jarkko Ruutu Award- Most lucky to be on an NHL roster. Patrick Wah Award- Player who's attitude is most damaging to the league's image (given their level of fame). Andreas Lilja Award (had to be done)- player who is least likely to realise that a top 4 roster spot on one team does not necessarily equal a top 4 roster spot on another (much improved) team. HomeNugget 2 Report post Posted June 29, 2007 i hope no one from the league office finds there way into this thread. i'm sure they're always on the look out for more meaningless awards like the messier trophy or roger crozier saving grace award. how 'bout the montreal canadiens trophy? awarded to the team who at the end of the playoffs has accumulated the most stanley cups. anaheim would have won it this year edging out the rest of the competition by one stanley cup. Yeah, but Daigle is more notorious for being a disappointment. I agree, Stefan was a bigger let-down, maybe when he retires, he'll be more well known. He's only 26. Not tons of time left, but enough.
