Flip-check 6 Report post Posted October 24, 2007 It looks like somebody mishmashed the two threads. Zetterberg will make Montreal natives and British Columbians cry tonight. Luongo is going down.
Guest Jeremy88 Report post Posted October 24, 2007 Z will destroy Luongo's confidence, self-worth, self-esteem, and Luongo will mysteriously lose his penis when Homer gets a well deserved goalie interference call
haroldsnepsts 4,826 Report post Posted October 24, 2007 I see Dom is listed as probable goaltender for tonight. No official word on who is starting yet?
Wings_Dynasty 267 Report post Posted October 24, 2007 Wings 4 (Z, Homer, Lids, Lebda) Canucks 2 (Sedin, Salo)
Vincanni 1 Report post Posted October 24, 2007 Canucks seem to have our number, I always thought it was due to Bertuzzi who always had big games against us but they seemed even better last year. Of course we always struggle more than any good team, should against solid goaltending too. With that being said I see us dropping this one 3-1, with them mostly scoring on PP's caused by lame, non-game effecting calls. Could be a rough night for Homer and the three feet of air surrounding him that seems hellbent on reaching the league lead in 2 minute minors.
edicius 3,269 Report post Posted October 24, 2007 I see Dom is listed as probable goaltender for tonight. No official word on who is starting yet? Good question. I haven't heard anything, but I wouldn't be surprised if Babcock throws Dom in there given his improved performance in the last game. I should be here tonight...but I may be flipping between the Sox game and the Wings game.
RedWingsFanatic 4 Report post Posted October 24, 2007 As far as the starting goalie goes, Ted Kulfan says it will be Hasek for sure.

Flip-check 6 Report post Posted October 24, 2007 Is there an echo on this board??? J/K It's so the best spot to watch a game. The low to mid rows of the lower bowl just make the rest of the arena stink by comparison.

Earthhuman 8 Report post Posted October 24, 2007 Predictions in the GDT are fine. They're about the game after all. It's the pages and pages full of one-word fluff posts that derail the discussion. I'd rather not have a separate thread every day for predictions. I'm going to merge this with the GDT since this is basically a branch of it. I was just going to reply to this with one word: Oops. ^See how funny?^ Instead, I'll actually try to add something. People here are taking the Canucks lightly. That's a wee bit scary. I'm gonna say, whoever leads after the first period will lose.
Donaldjr2448 43 Report post Posted October 24, 2007 Hey I think the answer to the trivia question is the Pittsburgh Penguins, and I think the year was 1999. I was at the game, and it was boring!!!!!!!!!!
