I thought it was time for Grigorenko to $h!te or get off the pot, not kick it upstairs with the big screen, Cokes, hot dogs and Orval Reddenbachers, heavy on the butter! I want to see the guy for myself. They didn't send him back to the west coast already did they? I think the purpose of recalling Grigorenko was just to fulfill the whole "must be on an NHL roster before the end of October" thing...otherwise, he could go back to Russia. 55fan 5,133 Report post Posted October 26, 2007 Maybe I'm remembering the wrong game, but didn't it seem like the last time we played the Sharks there were a lot of penalties right at the beginning, and then it tapered off? (I'm getting old, so pardon me if this is an intellectual interlude.) Anyway, with the recent article on Homer, I have to wonder if the officials now know that we're going to be watching their calls even closer than usual. I wonder if this means that tonight's game will be one with more penalties or fewer. Opinions? Prediction: Wings 5 (Hank, Ellis, Huds, Kronner and an empty netter by Flip that no one could miss just to get the jinx off the kid, after which he will start playing like he did last year.) Wings 3 (Dats, Cleary, Homer) Sharks 2 (Cheechoo, Marleau) Other predictions: - Downey gets in another fight and wins. - Homer gets called for a phantom interference - Osgood stands on his head in the last period to keep the lead - Z gets 2 assists, Ellis gets one I like your prediction. It seems very reasonable. I'd like to see Cleary and Lilja score, but it doesn't have to be this game though. I say we win 4-2. I don't know who scores. Oh, and Happy Birthday!!!
