If it was the same fight but the other way around player wise I konw everyone on this thread would be all "PRONGER TURTLED! Yeah Cleary won!" Nonethless I'm am very proud of Cleary and his efforts, I thought it was definatly very equal. AH! But there is a problem with that. Pronger was EXPECTED to win that fight and did not. There is a bit of a golf-like handicap when it comes to judging hockey fights. Say it were 1990 and Probert squared off with Modano. Were Probert in Pronger's place and Modano in Cleary's, Dallas/Minne fans would still be talking about the fight today. When they find an opening, they seem to be taking their time and making their shots count. That being said, with that much time the Ducks seem to be knocked off their rocker. Both tried to punch each other, no real shots landed. At some point Cleary's left eye was cut and turtled to protect his face. End of fight. He's not been back since then.
