When we lose, this is why, when we win it's because of our players, never because our goalie stopped 40 and was magnificent! Hmm, you should probably call Holland and tell him to go acquire one of those top-notch goalies at the deadline. Think anyone is looking to deal one? Crap. Howard looking good, dump Osgood and go with Hasek for playoffs and then get a top notch goalie for next year with Howard backing him up. Fewest shots doesn't mean they don't face quality shots. It does mean their stats will suffer when they do let in a goal because they face so few shots. ps - watch other teams so you realize that even the best don't make every save every game. Franzen is a BEAST. I can't believe some are so keen on trading this guy. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED PEOPLE! Why should we be ashamed? Cause he decides to play like he can a couple times a month he should be untradeable? The guys going on 28. He should figure out what hes capable of and stick with it by now.. That bothers me, too, that we routinely put 30-40+ shots on the opponent's goalie, and net maybe 2 goals per game. Makes Mason look like a genius, and that's about all. matching penalties? He should figure out what hes capable of and stick with it by now.. Well.. I was kinda exaggerrating a bit on being ashamed, but I don't at all think he shows up a few times a month. I think he's been consistent, and really good as of late. I like the grit, and toughness he brings to the table, plus the fact that he can make pretty plays and scores.
