Illitch and Karmanos hate each other, and therefore dont trade with each other. Not to mention, how is it do you think that Holland could make that same trade. Its not like we can just substitute any two random players for Corvo and Eaves and have it make sense for Carolina. General managing 101 people! First I uttered a tirade of swears and sometime in the middle of that I s*** myself and developed the urge to go all "Nancy Kerrigan" on Kenny Holland. Mad would be pissed, like adding Claude Lemiux to the lineup. Disapointed is that I liked Prospal and he went cheap to someone else. I would have liked to have him. I really love how this is all about me hating holland or being panic oriented. Why not check my post history, you will see I don't think we need to add anyone to be able to win, the only time I hit the panic button is when I feared Lids may have a serrious injury. If you weren't scare of that you simply are not a Wings fan. Holland is most prob the best GM in the league, dissapointment in a hand full of trades missed means nothing more then that. I really, really don't want to wait until tomorrow for the Wings to make a move, because I have to f***ing work all day, and I won't be able to find anything out until 9:00 at night. I know Babs coached him in his last season in Anaheim, were there any reports of them not getting along? Tortorella and Babcock seem to be the same in the sense of not taking attitude like that from their players, and Babcock may have said no way if they had any trouble in Anaheim.
