What is your point? Just because he wasn't dealt the full deck of the cards when he was brought into this world means that he should cheap shot, intent to injure, cross check players in the face? Just because you had a *rough* life growing up is no excuse to tkae your frustrations out on other people...yes hockey players are people to with kids and wives and parents!!! And some guy like Tootoo comes along and ends their career just because that is his style of play? Give me a break. Your post is filled with ignorance I mean look at all the kids in the world who have had it worse off than Tootoo ever did. What about kids who get cancer or are born with incurable diseases? Do you ever see them shooting people for fun, just because they had it rough? I don't think so. Tootoo should pray everyday to everything that is holy that he still has a job in the NHL. Them and their retarded Tootoo whistles everytime he does something stupid. I'm sure there are some good hockey fans in Nashville, but I get the impression that most of them are Nascar watching typical TV watching Americans who just want to see blood. It's the same reason why NASCAR is so popular, because of the wrecks. The Nashville owners know this and they know that Tootoo is a fan favorite. They know he sells seats to people who just want to see someone's face get kicked in over seeing a pretty tic tac toe pass one timer goal or a Datsyukian Toe Drag breakaway. His background is no excuse for his inability to play the game of hockey as it is designed to be played. His lack of hockey skills are substituted by aggression and stupid antics. If anything his inuit background should make him more humble and willing to appreciate that he has the phyiscal genes and ability to play professional hockey and all the benefits being a professional athelete comes with. If i was tootoo and i seen Burrows coming at me, Id McSorley his ass. grittzkey you slay me. tutu is a punk *****. i'd like to see him and pronger both just start hitting eachother in the face with their sticks, causing them to be injured severely enough to never play pro hockey again, but still able to live normal lives. Sportsmanship is big in the NHL, and intent to injure and fighting the other guy before he knows he's in a fight are qualities I don't want in my game. here here! i cant stand tootoo. i hope the Wings take on the Preds in the 1st round, but at the same time i dont, cause tootoo would probably try to run everyone he possibly could in that series.. First off, I'm a Nashville fan, and your claim is actually the other way around. Most of them are pure-hockey lovers, many of my friends and people I meet at games are that way. There are a few people that are in it just for blood, but there's people like that in every NHL city. I'm sure there were a bunch of people in Vancouver that got pumped from watching Bertuzzi pummel Moore and I'm sure a bunch of people on the Island were happy seeing Simon slash Hollweg.
