Turkey 0 Report post Posted March 11, 2008 Since the last word on Mac was an injury, I'd be surprised if we see him play. I think we'd get an update on the injury telling us he was ready to go first. He hasn't even practiced with the team, so I don't see him playing.

Guest YzermanForever19 Report post Posted March 11, 2008 I definitly do not want to start another goalie debate but I would rather see Dom go everynight. Our games are pretty well spaced and we need him primed for the playoff's. I love Ozzy and he has had a spactacular season but it is time to assume the natural back up position and let Dom take the starts. Next year Oz will likely be the starter, now Dom for playoff victory. Couldn't have said it better myself!

umredwing11 2 Report post Posted March 11, 2008 Hopefully I'll be goin down there tonight. Has anyone else ever gotten lost on the way down there? I take 96 to Civic Center all the way down to the Joe...but last time I completely missed the exit and ended up down by Cobo Damn...usually I take 75 to games from the Rochester area, but now I am coming from Ann Arbor and good old mapquest suggested 96 to civic center. I'll leave a bit early considering the fact that I always manage to get lost anyways.
heed316 7 Report post Posted March 11, 2008 From detnews "Injury report Chelios (right fibula) likely will play tonight. Tomas Holmstrom (groin) said an ultrasound found nothing wrong and he hopes to skate today. Darren McCarty (ribs) didn't practice and Babcock likely won't consider playing him tonight. Brett Lebda (flu) returned to practice after sitting out the weekend. "

kylee 727 Report post Posted March 11, 2008 always love watching the hawks and wings go at it - especially this season. if Ozzie is in net, this is an important game to get his confidence back. the return of mccarty is still delayed :[ go wings!
ZETTERBERGPWN 2 Report post Posted March 11, 2008 On the red wings blog it says that osgood is starting '' DRW.com Staff Mike Babcock said this morning that defenseman Chris Chelios will return to the line up tonight against Chicago. Chris Osgood will get the start in net. As for Tomas Holmstrom, all the test reults came back negative, but he is still in a lot of pain. A probable date for his return is unknown at this time. Also, tonight marks the 1,000th game for Dallas Drake. He joins Chris Chelios and Nicklas Lidstrom as the only current Red Wings with 1,000 games played.'' http://hockeytownforum.detroitredwings.com...p;blogid=6&
