Yep, I guess Dom doesn't feel like stopping the puck today. It gets old losing to these non playoff teams, but yet the wings have winning records against the best teams in the league.

Luckily thats what will matter come playoff time. We will be back in business come April. You can tell the wings are playing not to get hurt. Especially Hank.

People DO realize that goaltenders job is to stop the puck when it gets past the defense, righ? I mean, are we clear on that fact? Theres a reason defenseman dont get a GAA rating.

Theres no way to excuse only stopping 60% of your shots.

Honestly, that's the way I see it too. *shrug*

This weekend's probably my fault though. I stupidly picked the Wings to win both games in the weekend picks. <_<

Thank You it was driving me crazy trying to think

Before that was the 18th...

SO yeah his Goals are way down since they split him from Datsyuk...I think he has looked just as good as he has all year. He just isn;t getting as mush support from his linemates as he needs. I mean last night he had 10 shots on goal...and no goals...so its also some bad luck as well.

lol GOOD.

Now... play some defence.. and save the shots and we're all set.

IF we can keep scoring, which I do not doubt as long as we are playing defence, and saving shots.

Good boy Johan.

Wings are playing very much like a team that knows they're finishing the season with a top-three conference standing no matter what happens. I'm not all that surprized. Makes me with division leaders didn't automatically top the standings if only to keep these guys motivated to keep playing games with a little drive. There's no excuse for falling this far behind a team like the Jackets, especially when Leclaire is out.

And as I type they bring it back to a two-goal game. They better keep pushing. Something similar to that 3rd-period first-minute effort against Dallas would be nice.

Anybody think that right now in Homer's absence Franzen is actually playing better than Homer did when he wasn't injured?

7 game points streak with 8 points? And now a goal again?

That has got to be worth something.
