Sunday: Detroit can chose who their first round opponent is (Preds or Hawks) by either winning or losing to Chicago Ya, i was looking forward to possibly playing the Avs first round but thats out of the question now it looks like either Nashville, Vancouver or Chicago but the chances for the Hawks are slim to none. Haha, half their posts are how they can't wait to be there in person to chant Deetroit sux!! Must be awesome to know thats all you have to look forward to in life. Think about it from a Hawks' fan's perspective. 1) Detroit sucks 2) The Blackhawks haven't made the playoffs in 4 years (not including the lockout, you know). 3) The Blackhawks need to win ALL of their games to get a sniff at the playoffs. 4) The Blackhawks are desperate I could see the Blackhawks taking one of these games, but Both? As somebody who posts at the official boards and Blackhawkzone.com, you're wasting your time at the officials. Even as a die hard Hawks fan, a lot of the people there are idiots. Blackhawkzone is where it's at. I don't want to speak for everybody that posts there, but the regular posters seem to combine a healthy rationale with a healthy hatred for Detroit. But we're not fogging idiots about it. EDIT: Don't take my word for it. You'd probably get bitched out anyway once found out.
