betterREDthandead 58 Report post Posted April 15, 2008 In some NHL.com or ESPN.com article, they mistakenly - and for no apparent reason - called Hudler "Rex Hudler" instead of Jiri. Its stuck.. There was a baseball player named Rex Hudler, back when the Expos were still around. The paper probably just mixed up the two. But it is a great nickname. Way better than Huddles.
