Also seems to only ever happen in the third period, in which case maybe burning your energy early like Nashville has a point, considering you actually get the calls i those periods. Scotty Bowman isn't around anymore to make Holland look smart in the playoffs. Also, where's the veteran leadership. They still look thunderstruck by the way game 3 ended. Maybe the Wings will watch tape during the intermission and pick up some pointers. j/k I think maybe the plan is for Dom to slam the door, so the shut out is no worse than 2-0. They aren't going to just stop now. I am really worried about this team. If we have this much trouble with Nashville, imagine when we face a real team... We'll be golfing before April is over. To me it seems like we want it more, but can't get the puck in the net. They need to start making good plays for better shot opportunities.
