HOOORAY Verne Troyer is the celebrity guest with POD performing (Verne is also promoting The Love Guru). I've got my Zetterberg jersey shoved in my purse with my sharpie pen in a separate ziploc bag (can't ever be too cautious). The Carson Daly show's so dang particular about what you can and can't wear.......I'm wearing red and white and jeans.... GO WINGS! So exciting. I finally found someone to drive me. 'Well, I'm glad you asked' sez Jay. Out walk Our Heroes with The Cup. I think he introduced them by name tho it actually got kinda loud. 'Where are you from'? 'Up where its cold - Canada' sez OzGod. 'They have hockey there?' asks Lamo. Groan. He also asks Nick where he's from. Talks about number of Cups they've won, what it means, etc. Jay then asks 'So, did you two learn anything from JustinTime'? Nick lifts The Cup and I think he an OzGod stated in [somewhat] unison: 'Bring back (coulda been sexy or Stanley first time around).' 'Bring back Stanley' 'Bring back Stanley' Fin. Or as the Fair Maiden said 'Much Ado About a Minute' Oh, they did let a few people in jerserys up on stage with The Cup and Our Heroes. We didn't wear jerserys cuz it was 85 outside tho it turns out we were ushered right in thx to the LA Times beat writer here, the illustrious Helene Elliot who was kind enuf to get us VIP passes even tho I bashed her here during the year. I did my mea culpa and love is all around. Alas, no pix. There's always tomorrow where OzGod is gonna carry The Cup down the red carpet for the Love Guru premiere. Well see. Leno's on right now here, and the local NBC news showed a lead-up with Ozzie and Lids standing there with Jay and Sheryl Crow and Justin. They (Lids and Oz) looked very uncomfortable.
