Another terrible game registered by the wings against a good opponent.

yeah whats the deal with that...we run rough shot over the teams we oughtta beat...but all these "measuring stick" games...we get our jaws smashed...not cool

The idea that people told me Quincey would "never play" for the Wings is incredible to me now, as I watch Brett Lebda.

To be fair, no one, not even Ken Holland, could predict that the best defensive team in the league would turn to crap over a summer.

It ain't over until it's over.

GO WINGS!!!

I'm about as optimistic as they come, but this is just one of those games where we clearly don't have what it takes.

man, we are just pathetic in our own zone. right before their goal I was thinking "why does our zone seem like it's twice the size of theirs?".. it looks like no one really knows what to do and everyone's waiting for someone to steal the puck from the Boston players.

seriously our goal tending sucks, and I'm not just talking about that goal

There's been some bad 'tending, but the D hasn't been supporting them.

We need to be on the other end of the ice, keep the puck, and actually get the darn thing in.

i think it is over.. another disappointed game as against pens and habs

We barely squeaked out a win against the Ducks and Rags, then lost to the Sharks, Ducks, Pens, Habs, and now its looking bad against the Bs. With the exception of the Wild and Philly, thats pretty much the cream of the crop in the NHL.

There is no way 2 of the goals tonight were the defenses fault. Unscreened shots, yes the D has sucked though, but goaltending has even been worse.

I'm a die-hard all-weather fan, but we cannot win the Cup if we don't pick up our play.

We can talk all we want about last season having similar stats, but we DOMINATED last season, through most of our games until that February-March stretch.

This years team, 25% into the season, hasn't dominated a single game.

I have faith we can still turn this around and win the Cup, but as it stands right now, they cannot keep doing what they are doing.
