A bit of a weird question but I hope you know what I mean..which player out there would wanna play for the wings the most, PS: except hossa who is already on the team.

I think David Booth (born in detroit) in Panthers would die to get traded to wings or would've been alot happier if wings drafted him

I'm sure there are plenty of Swedes out there that would love to play for the Wings. Maybe a guy like Anze Kopitar or someone similar. Basically, any good or great player stuck on a perennial loser.

Well they gotta be willing to take paycut and stuff as well so i doubt any greedy russians á yashin/kovalchuk would wanna play here.. gaborik is hossa's buddy but he seem to like the $$$ too much.

I'm sure there is at least a quarter of the players in the league who would rather play for Detroit than their current team, and plenty of guys from Michigan.

I would go with Slater and Rolston. Slater is actually from Lapeer, born in Petosky. I have had the honor of meeting him at a wedding, pretty cool guy.
