So, for those of you who are watching on television, has anyone seen a gal (probably wearing a fedora) holding a sign wishing Cleary a happy birthday?

I missed the first 15 minutes, but they don't show pregame on center ice, so no sighting of the HBD sign for Danny.

the wings look so much more confident right now than they have in any other game this season. they are controlling to game and controlling the play. looks more like last year. turning point in the season? i hope so!

It really looks like the Wings are up for this game the way everyone else gets up for the Wings. They look like they have something to prove tonite against the Sharks. There's lots of hockey left, lets hope they have the killer instinct and don't let the Sharks back in it.

He'd find something. Not enough shutouts, too many one goal games...

...a turnover in the second period here, a rebound there, someone failing to get 50 in 50. There's always something.

Seriously, I'd bet the other way. When the team is doing well, that's when people hop back on the bandwagon and trill happily about how they've never doubted.

This is the sound defence the Red Wings are about, good to see, that last PK was nothing short of brilliant. Keep it up!

Remember folks... The sharks owned us in the 1st 10 minutes or so and came very close numerous times, but we weathered the initial onslaught of the storm.

shhh... I missed the first 10 minutes. Don't bust my bubble. ;)

I hope they can keep their foot on the Sharks' neck and keep the momentum. We've waited all season for a 60 minute effort. 20 more to go, and looking good!

Yeah I was thinking the same thing. The Wings looks like the team we're used to watching. They're making it look easy out there tonight.Maybe this was the game we needed.

The term, "Breathing room" would have been banned in the Red Wings locker room.

If the players remember there is no such thing in today's NHL, we'll be fine.

Let's go. No letting up in the third. Sharks lead the league in these type of comebacks.

The Wings look on their heels, and moreover, aren't looking over their shoulders for taking a hit every time they take the puck. I know this is a tired team and all, but the boys are energetic.

There has certainly been a good handful of bad mistakes maybe the Sharks take advantage of on any other night.

Need to see more effort, less rebounds given up by Conk, and certainly keep the 3-0 lead (if not expand on it).

stupid detroit fans..i guess they let the fans leave even if it's not a break.

or maybe they just take forever when getting food.

LOL. I've noted this as well. If you're at the Joe in that row right in front of the cameras, please don't get up for a snack in the middle of a ****ing power play, k?
