Yzerman191 37 Report post Posted January 15, 2009 I hear they're handing out hats to the first 5,000 in the door; It'd be great if one of our players got a hat trick tonight. With as many fans as we usually have over there, we'd litter the ice with their own hats!
dat's sick 1,002 Report post Posted January 15, 2009 Too bad about Meech's injury, I thought the 4th line looked much better with him in it. And it's so good to have a guy like that who can play defense just as well as he plays offense. 7-1 Wings tonight? Hat-tricks by Franzen and Hossa. Pasha with 6 assists and one goal. It would have been better if the camera would have actually kept up with the play! I am soooo glad that I will be able to watch the game on FSD!! Why in the hell does FSWest only do these crappy camera angles when they play the Wings?? Why not when they played Tampa or New Jersey!!

Hockeytown Red Wings 245 Report post Posted January 15, 2009 we all have to work tomorrow ( or most of us), so don't be a wimp. There are so many ways to say this, but this I believe to be the best.... IT'S THE WEEKEND FOR ME! NAH NAH NAH NAH! Which means I will be drinking staggering amounts of beer during the game tonight. LGW, you've been warned. And on the semi-serious side, Wings need to build off their finish last night. How about a blowout for a change? We dont need to score 6, just 2 or 3. With a good defensive effort that the Wings are capable of, that would be a blowout.

55fan 5,133 Report post Posted January 15, 2009 (edited) My dad says before he dies, he wants to see Cheli with a hat trick. Tonight is as good as any, and more likely than most. Wings 7-2 Cheli x 3, Mule, Hank, Lids, Sammy Kopitar, Quincey Edit to clarify: Dad's health is good; he just thinks Cheli will play forever. puckloo39 5,686 Report post Posted January 16, 2009 I wondered where Preissing wound up. He's a super nice guy and was so promising as a rookie in SJ. Too bad he's a King now.
