Hockeytown_Ryan 122 Report post Posted April 20, 2009 Each series has a time where there's two days off. Wings have two days off til the next game in Columbus. On Tuesday they and the Sharks/Ducks will be playing their Game 3's. Understood onthat point...But, Between games where you travel I can see it (even tho were only going to OHIO) But between games One and two? strange to me. Detroit # 1 Fan 2,204 Report post Posted April 20, 2009 If Anaheim can kill this off, the Sharks confidence is going to be shot.
McCartyFanForLife 17 Report post Posted April 20, 2009 Sharks can't hit the net with their shots from the point... not looking like the #1 seed

Also happened with the Rags/Caps series. Game 1 on Wed, Game 2 on Sat. I take that back about "every" team, as it looks like the Pens/Flyers go 1 day off their entire series, everyone else has one time where they get 2 days off. I don't think it has much to do with travel. Edited April 20, 2009 by Shoreline

Vladifan 680 Report post Posted April 20, 2009 I know, not to get too ahead of ourselves but do you think Babs would re-unite the Euro Twins to matchup against the Sedin Twins? Hell, what am I laughing at?! Hey, Whatever works!!

MaynardJKeenan 1 Report post Posted April 20, 2009 it would be so funny if the Sharks get swept after the year they had, lol. I'm not hoping for that though, the Ducks would be too fresh when the meet up with the Wings.
Holmstrom96 347 Report post Posted April 20, 2009 I think consistency is still the problem, they call some stuff not others. I really think they need to either call everything or don't. I agree. It just angers me how they let some obvious ones go and then call stupid stuff later. For example, Holmstrom gets gang raped in front of the net by the oposition over and over again, then when we return the favor, just once, we get penalized. I don't understand how almost every team gets away with cross-checking the heck out of Holmstrom. It's like he doesn't have equal rights or something...
