How frequent do you guys go to games?

Me, rarely ever... Once a year if anything. I would attend more if my birth certificate didnt accidentally get thrown in the dryer. I realize I need a passport now, but I certainly do not have that yet to cross the border.

But, I do often see posts on here quite frequently from you guys saying you were at this game, that game, etc, etc. So I am interested... What games have you guys been to this season... How often do you go... I am interested.

I'd love to go to more games, especially if I lived as close as you do (and assuming tickets are more affordable and more easily available now)

I've only been to one NHL game, it was the 2008 round 1 vs Nashville, game 2... and it was great

I go once maybe twice a year. Costs too much to go, and then park and then buy anything to eat or drink. I am however going tomorrow, my first game of the year. Looking foward to it.

My favorite game I ever went to wasn't a real game. Joe Vision for game 4 of the 1998 Stanley Cup Finals.

I try to go to about 6-8 games a year. When I go I get hooked and I have to go to a string of games in a row. Haven't had a chance to go this year though, hopefully soon.

I went to the game against the Flyers (exhibition) and I saw the Bruins last week. Might go see them play Anaheim tomm.

A few years ago I went to 12-15 a year then it slowly got less and less. I am hoping to go to a bout 5 or 6 this season and then some playoff games

...but now that I have a 72" HDtv... whats the point of buying a ticket when i have better seats in my familyroom and cheaper beer!

Unfortunately they only come here two times a year but I haven't missed a game here since 2004. My two favorite games I've been to were game six in 2007 against the Flames (man was that sweet) and game one of the 2008 Finals (my first game in Detroit). And though I didn't realize it until much later, I was there for Stevie's last goal in the NHL, which was also the only shootout I've been in the building for.

I used to go around 4 times a year, but I haven't gone at all the last two years. Between classes, work, and money, it's not just feasible for me. I live two hours away, so I've got to have 4 extra hours to spare in order to go to a game.

I've been to two games thus far this year (Chicago and San Jose) and will probably attend another 4-5. I try and go about 5-10 times a year. On a positive note from the games I've been at and from watching on TV the Joe looks to be having less empty seats than in years past. Don't ask me why though, economy is still s***ty and the tickets prices haven't dropped substantially.

im going to a game tonight! usually only about 1500-3000 people attending but they have a cheer crowd who always show up and make noise every game, they alone make it worth it to go.. awesome atmosphere

I've been to two so far; my roommate got free tix from his dads company for one game (4th row lower bowl ) and I went to yesterdays game. I went to about 5 last year. I plan on going to more games this year , but my job on campus right now is quite slow and I'm not getting a lot of hours right now. Having $15 tickets is the main reason why I can afford to go to the games though.

For me, it's really sporadic. I never usually plan which games or how many I'll go to, instead I usually decide a week or two or a the day before to go. I'm only a half hour from the Joe, which makes that easy. Normally, I try to go 3-4 games and maybe a playoff game. I went to the 2nd game of the finals last year after watching game 1, rather a split-second decision. I had a blast of course. Unfortunately, it all depends on money!

I usually try to go about 10 times a season. I had season tickets last year, but couldn't afford them this season. Getting tickets for game 7 of the SCF basically wiped me out.

I've been on a role since I had to endure the pain of watching the Penguins lift the cup. I went to my first ever Lions game and they won (what are the odds). I went to the last home game of the Tigers (also first ever) and they won. And for the Wings so far this year I've been to the preseason game against Philly, Chicago, Washington, San Jose, and Vancouver (of course all wins).

My next planned game isn't until February when they play Ottawa, but I'm sure I'll be going to another one before then.

I live an hour from the Joe. I try to go 4-6 times per year. I went to the the game last night. Normally, it is a problem with actually being able to afford going to the game. Several times I have been lucky enough to have playoff tickets made available to me and I generally go deep into debt buying them, as I cannot turn them down.

Historically, I think I have seen the Wings play every team in the league live except for Boston and Atlanta. I lived in upstate New York for a few years and was lucky enough to see the Habs play EVERY team in the league at the old Montreal Forum over a two year stretch.

Only out of state game I went to was several years back in Tampa Bay Lightning versus Toronto Maple Leafs. Walked up. Bought Tickets. Against the glass!!! Awesome. There was one girl beside us that kept screaming "I LOVE YOU TIE DOMI!!!" He heard her and smiled at her.

I was at the first game Bert played for us in. Not this time, the first time.

Only once that I've been have we lost. I think they should give me season tickets. =)

I'm a 3 hour drive from Hockeytown, so I've been to atleast one game a year since the 2000-01 season. A few seasons I've been to two games (2005-06 and 2007-08).

This year I had horrible timing, I was at our only loss at The Joe so far this season vs. Colorado.

I've also seen the Wings play 2 times in Toronto, and 2 more in Buffalo.
