If we can win one of the 2 games against the Blackhawks coming up, that would be huge with this depleted lineup. Time for Datsyuk & (dare I say) Bertuzzi to take charge on offense. Bert is playing a key role on this team right now, and he's doing it well.

I don't see how we're going to make the playoffs with all these injuries occuring every game and the injuries being long term.

Especially with this whole overtime loss and shootout loss points system.

Our chances of missing the playoffs are going up every week. Now we have to play Chicago no less.

Someone on the comments on mlive said that and totally believing it. Not about May but was like "Everyone knows the Wings are soft. When McCarty was playing guys didn't run our star players." Seriously? When McCarty was in his prime Ohlund wouldn't have hit Hank or Doan on Ericsson? So when you have an enforcer, I guess May isn't a real one, apparently you just play olympic games cause your star players can do what they want and never get hit even cleanly.
