I don't want to get a jersey bc he hasnt signed a long term deal nor do I want to spend 150 bucks on a jersey. I have an 08 cup winner Rbk t with all the players names on the back....they are very similar shirts except the detoit athletic one is a shade more "beet" red & has no Rbk insignias. But from threads here on LGW I've gotten the impression that the only place you should order customized jerseys from is Sportk. Something to do with sowing the numbers/names properly - or have I gotten that all twisted? I can't order from Detroit Athletic as they don't ship to Sweden... hankzet40 233 Report post Posted January 26, 2010 I just got my Helm jersey off of River City Sports and they were the first company to do the stitching for the name properly (ie no namebar). NHL.com did OK for my first Zetterberg jersey (no namebar but heat pressed letters/numbers) and namebared it for my Lidstrom, while Jersey City did namebars for both my Datsyuk and Zetterberg WC (which they also used the wrong font on). I've shopped there for at least 6 or 7 of my Wings jerseys, and I've never been anything other than completely satisfied with their work. Their stuff is the real deal, so it doesn't look "off" like the NHL.com shop does. Their shipping is lightning fast, and their customer service is fantastic (responding to questions quickly, even on weekends). I will never, EVER shop from Fans Edge again, nor will I ever recommend anyone to ever shop from them. Their site lied by saying they had an item in stock (they didn't, 2 month backorder wait time) but didn't tell me it was backordered until after I placed the order. The order was a gift for a friend, so now I'm forced to cancel the order. Come to find out 2 months later that their cancellation system didn't work, and my card has now been charged for the gift item, and the item has shipped. So now I'm having to dispute the order with them, fighting to get refunded for the gift (which I found elsewhere online), and my friend now has to hassel with shipping the item back and also fighting to get the shipping refunded.
