Namingway 146 Report post Posted January 24, 2010 Having lils back would be such a great boost. For the PK as well but also to get lebda or meech out of the lineup

NeverForgetMac25 483 Report post Posted January 24, 2010 Lilja coming back?!?! Yeah.......how have we not heard about that? If it's true....can you imagine how sick our defense will be? Lids-Raf Kronwall-Stuart Lilja-E Brings tears to my eyes. Lilja is the perfect pair for E.
55fan 5,133 Report post Posted January 24, 2010 Wow- Homer, Kronner, AND Lils? Somebody pinch me! Granted, Lilja will need some time to readjust, but I think Meech and Lebda will be seeing the press box. Sad part is this means someone else will have to go down, but the good outweighs the bad here.
Vladifan 680 Report post Posted January 24, 2010 OH MY GAWD!! LILJA MIGHT BE BACK NEXT WEEK TOO??!! The hockey gods just might be nodding our way again, kids. Even if none of the guys coming back are gonna be immediately up to the task, it's still GREAT news!!!!!
hankzet40 233 Report post Posted January 24, 2010 Even skating for a POSSIBLE return is way more than I expected.

Detroit # 1 Fan 2,204 Report post Posted January 24, 2010 Great news about Lilja. Unfortunately we'll no longer have the Pain Train, it'll be more like robot Lilja. Breakout passes and shot blocking, nothing more nothing less. He'll still be a welcome return.

hankzet40 233 Report post Posted January 24, 2010 (edited) Crappy period but glad they escaped with the lead. Mick dropping that bomb about Lilja was the highlight. Edited January 24, 2010 by hankzet40

GMRwings1983 8,803 Report post Posted January 24, 2010 Lilja and Kronwall should replace Ericsson and Lebda. I'm tired of that big turnover machine screwing up. He singlehandedly allowed LA back in the game with his stupid turnover. He's starting to remind me of Hal Gill out there. Big guy who turns pucks over and doesn't fight. dat's sick 1,002 Report post Posted January 24, 2010 Imagine that we might have a 100% healthy lineup in a week.. Terrible period for the Wings. We're lucky to still have the lead. I hope the guys help Howard out in the 3rd, get some quick goals and put this away IN REGULATION.

You can't play with 5 D You really want meech with lilja? Edited January 24, 2010 by mindfly
Vladifan 680 Report post Posted January 24, 2010 wow Jesus Christ if I was a King's fan I would be going apes***. Absoloutly horrible call. I'll take it, but I just wish calls like that werent in the League. And again, the ref from center ice decides he must call that.

GMRwings1983 8,803 Report post Posted January 24, 2010 We can't give LA even a single point in this game. Not after being up 2-0. This team needs to get over its tendency to blow leads right now. We need a solid period from our top 2 players. Datsyuk especially looks off tonight.
Guest Howard He Do It?! Report post Posted January 24, 2010 Meech doesn't count anymore? Not after that breakaway.
VM1138 1,921 Report post Posted January 24, 2010 actually im almost positive micky said he is skating and might be back next week Didn't he also say that Lilja would be practicing, not just skating? Implication is that he'd be practicing more than he already has been, and was aiming to return next week.
