Just a little side note for all the Canadian haters out there, I understand why you hate this team. It's very hard for me to cheer for Pronger, Crybaby, Getzlaf and Perry. However the Canadians proved in 2002 that playing crappy in the preliminary round doesn't neccessarily mean disaster.

The '02 team was much easier to root for with Yzerman and Sakic and so forth.

holy cow, what a game! CZ wins, 3-2 in OT... but Latvia would not lay down and die. Super game from Edgars Masalskis, the Latvian goalie. He was massive in this game. Shame to see him lose.
