He tried for the same screen shots from the point and shots from the outside all game. Montreal blocked more shots than got through. Boudreau did not adjust; the logical solution was to shoot the puck and crash the net---no screen shot or shot from the outside was going to beat the shot-blockers and Halak---but he didn't even try.
