Also, I know Glenn Hall didn't have a bad stint in Detroit, but I alway forget that he played for the Wings at one time.
Mark Messier - Canucks
Igor Larionov - Panthers/Devils
Ron Francis - Leafs
Brett Hull - Coyotes
Eric Lindros - Stars/Leafs
Luc Robitaille - Penguins
Doug Harvey - Red Wings
Sergei Fedorov - Blue Jackets
Markus Naslund - Penguins
Brian Leetch - Bruins/Leafs
Glenn Hall - Red Wings
So what are some others you can think of?

Ulf Samuelsson was a Red Wing.
"For my game, I don't need to score the goal," Konstantinov once explained. "I need someone to start thinking about me and forgetting about scoring goals."

Wayne Gretzky - St. Louis Blues.
Mats Sundin - Quebec Nordiques
Teemu Selanne - Winnipeg Jets (I remember it when I think of his rookie rekord).
Peter Forsberg - Nashville Predators (as brief as they come).

Chris Pronger - Whalers

Why am I a fan of the Detroit Red Wings?
The NHL tweeted my son and I at the 2012 NHL Draft!

Marian Hossa's stint in Pittsburgh
Zdeno Chara's time with the Islanders
Goride Howe's stint with the Hartford Whalers
Pavel Bure's time with the Rangers
those are just a few that come to mind...
All I have to say about Holland and our off-season:
and finally
Holland is a damn good GM. period.

Todd Bertuzzi's first team was the Islanders.
Kariya and Selanne in Colorado was supposed to guarantee them the cup that year, and I'm pretty sure both players had career lows.
John Vanbiesbrouck played for the Philadelphia Flyers, New York Islanders & New Jersey Devils but I can only picture him on the Panthers and Rangers (also, didn't know the guy grew up in Detroit).
Joey Kocur played about 7 games for the Vancouver Canucks before he came to the Wings.
Claude Lemieux was on the China Sharks

I totally forgot Belfour with the Sharks.
Also, I didn't include Howe's stint in Hartford, because it wasn't all that bad. It's sort of memorable, because of that All Star game in 1980 and because he was in his 50's when he was playing. He played better than any other 51 year old could in the NHL.
