Broken 16 381 Report post Posted January 27, 2011 Mursak looked awesome on the line with Franzen and Zata. He would have had a couple points last night if Franzen could finish more than 1 of 10 chances. Ya... Franzen is pretty annoying this season.
NGKEIB 32 Report post Posted January 27, 2011 Ya... Franzen is pretty annoying this season. But we will forgive him as soon as he starts scoring this post-season...

Konnan511 1,736 Report post Posted January 27, 2011 But we will forgive him as soon as he starts scoring this post-season... Flip happies try that excuse with Filppula all the time and it never flies Mursak is a lock for next years roster, and I think Emmerton could win out a spot either in training camp or preseason. Heaton 1 Report post Posted January 27, 2011 Fantastic news. The amount of offensive zone time should improve and in turn, so should the defense.

thegerkin 189 Report post Posted January 28, 2011 the real story here is that Mursak is Rob Cordry. Well maybe not but for a second it seemed right. Haha, never even thought about it until now, but that's pretty frightening for Mursak
Aussie_Wing 354 Report post Posted January 28, 2011 the real story here is that Mursak is Rob Cordry. Well maybe not but for a second it seemed right. Clearly Jan looks like... Isaac Slade, lead singer of the Fray. Jan was so impressive during his stint, so much speed and intensity, showed a lot of strength along the boards. He was obviously asked to keep it simple, get the puck in deep and keep the puck in the offensive zone, and he did very well.

HankthaTank 1,100 Report post Posted January 31, 2011 Stuart still is at least 2-3 weeks from returning, after suffering a broken jaw on Jan. 7, but he was encouraged to be on the ice for the first time.He said of Kostopolous' punishment: “I was sure they'd do something and they did. There's no reason for me to debate whether I think it's long enough or not. It happened, he served his suspension. It's over and I just move forward.'' mlivef***in' Kostopolous
