I said that once, here I think it was, then a bunch of people allegedly from Michigan were arguing there is a south Detroit. Fact is that there is no neighborhood you would describe as South Detroit. This team can get it done when Franzen takes shots. Brunnstrom did OK. As for Bertuzzi, I've gotta say that he's not playing like a guy who wants his Cup before retirement; he wasn't missed. He was one of the best players on the ice tonight and was a big factor in keeping the puck deep in the Ducks zone. Everyone knows how well he screens goaltenders and redirects pucks, but he's so good at digging pucks out of corners and along the boards. No, there was something like 11 seconds left on the clock according to the feed I've been watching all night. Are they allowed to sound the horn before the clock runs out? And also, I'm not sold that the wings are out of their "slump" yet. The Ducks having probably been playing even worse than the Wings lately so I'm waiting for a better test.
