I predict we'll tie it up but lose it in the end. (I'm not so )Happy (about) Hudler with our first goal. "Don't forgetta stairs, buddy". Then Helm, then Bertuzzi.

Mark it down.

OK, then!

People including myself are just upset that we have one go against us yesterday which was much easier to call and then it happens today and the correct call is made but we are on the other end of it.

Exactly. Sorry, my post didn't make much sense - I agree that the refs got it right tonight, but I just felt like commenting on the fact that Homer was involved, and that they sure seem to be able to pick up on it when HE'S involved, so why kind they figure it out more often, etc.

And the Wings decide to play finally. Several great chances thus far, but Calgary's goaltending is up to the challenge.

$*%@ Kipper.

Yay, now they're playing hockey.

I thought Kiprosroff (spelling?) was outside the blue paint and Holmstrom was just battling in front of the net. With that being said, why so much criticism for Holmstrom? He's playing hard, moving his feet, making some passes, and driving the puck forward. Bertuzzi's been getting the puck past the blue line too with some nifty puck-handling. I think these two players are getting way too much criticism. They're actually playing OK.

Agreed, it does get frustrating... I just needed to point out the obvious, since Holmer basically molested Boumeester on that one, haha
