Ugh, Pav and his wrist shots with a guy in front of him...

Oh you wanted him to set up a play with 7 seconds left? Lol

17 shots should be a goal on the board. Decent period of hockey

They did pick up the pressure in the tail end of the period. If they come out in the 2nd with the same intensity then things will be good.

Reunite the Twins.  Give the opponent at least 1 line to fear and hopefully the other guys will have something to aspire to.

Mr. Overripe is starting to remind me of Eric Cairns with his offensive productivity.

And to think I had high hopes wanting him to be a starter all these years.

No s***, can we please just get Tatar back up already?  I'd really love it if every time I said, "man he's got good hands" about a rookie it was immediately before or after a goal.

So, uh...

After that period, I am sure a lot of you guys and gals are reconsidering your stance on allowing coaches a challenge each game, eh?

In the thread a few weeks back, I remember the vast majority, pretty much everyone here, was against allowing coaches a challenge each game.

This is the EXACT situation, which I pointed out in that thread, why we DO need to allow coaches a challenge.  Because when a good goal is called back due to a refs bad/wrong on ice call, it is non-reviewable.  Seems even the commentators forgot about that, as they kept talking about how it would be counted as Tootoos good goal, despite the ref calling it off...

Hah no, but that guy can never seem to miss a guy's stick/leg when he has one standing in front of him.

Milbury likes the drama.  He wouldn't have liked it if he was the coach.

That was an awful call.  Wings got screwed.  That should have been a goal.  War room should review.

They just explained why they "couldn't" review it.  And from what I understand, the ref STILL screwed up, because Miller HAD NO PART  in touching the puck.  I hope the Wings get really really ticked.

"He even ate with women who at that time were accorded the same status as the family donkey. Are we willing to break bread with, say, child sex slaves, transgender teens and undocumented workers? Because when Jesus comes back to Earth, that's where he'll be hanging."
You can easily judge the character of a man by how he treats those who can do nothing for him.

Money on the Board - 100 bucks on the base.  From here on, one buck per puck IN goal, win or lose!

Total right now:  $108.

Well, almost everyone here, as evidenced by the thread the other week about allowing challenges, is in favor of this blown refs call and disallowing the good goal.  I was one of the only people pointing out that this exact situation is why we need to allow coaches to challenge a refs call.  For "non-reviewable" calls like this...

And that's why Kronwall doesn't try to hit anymore.

that was a good hit.  keep yourf****** head up Jr.  nice cryfest from the announcers

Wings need some Ryan Pulock in the 1st round, a goal scorer in the 2nd round and rounds 3-7 all guys 6'4 or bigger.  Please sign Dekeyser to play with Smith.  <--Dekeyser signed, Paired next year.  Mark your calendars.

Tootoo needs a partner in crime that plays like him on the other side of Helm.  Oh hey, we have Mitchell Callahan.  Problem solved.

Dammit Kronwall.

Out of all the people you could pick to lay out, you pick on some kid no one here cares about.  Do that to Parise or Heatley .
