LET'S GO WINGS!!!
well Babcock can't have these kids building any confidence and start thinking they can play up to the level of our esteemed veterans, now can he? lol
Or maybe he hasn't wiped that grin off of his face yet, and Babs wants him to keep that grin on his face and dream of coming back and doing it again.
Before every game this season I have thought about what I want to see from this team, but after last game all I want to see is a win. I don't care how ugly or pretty the game is going to be the Wings need this win.
I just get a VERY bad feeling about this game. Say what you want about Weiss, but he has been playing extremely well lately. He's been very effective without getting the offense going. Helm is not a second-line center. Should have bit the bullet, split Pav and Z up so we can have two top-6 centers and played Tatar with Pav and Bert.
Second line comes out simply buzzing
Have any of our passes not been intercepted?
We ice the puck far too often.
Hell yeah Z!
Zetterberg with a steal then he buries it. First blood is ours!
Sh** ya! Zetter
HANK!! Cool that alot of guys from last years Calder Cup are playing tonight for both teams.
It is. Hopefully Panek doesn't dive like he did then.
Jesus Babcock, I said the exact same thing last game. Keep Quincey the f*** off the ice when Datsyuk and Zetterberg are on.
Quincey with 2 bad turnovers on one shift, yeesh
3 freaking turnovers by Quincey on one damn shift.
Quincey is the new brendan smith. Everytime he touches it i worry. It seems his decisionmaking has gotten worse not better as the season progresses.
Man I'm really liking Lashoff this year, no nonsense, just gets the puck out of the zone quick.
Or just keep him off the ice altogether. I agree though -- Kronwall and DeKeyser need to be out there against Stamkos. Quincey coughed up the puck in the neutral zone and allowed the Lightning to come right back in. He's noticeably bad almost every shift lately.
Quincey's absolute failure is amplified now that Smith can't absorb some of the blame.
Left Malone with too much space. He roofed his own rebound.
That was too easy.
