I assume this is a joke with the unlined meaning of Holland does nothing, but is there actually truth to this? If so, I would imagine that any player on LTIR and the GM need to be in some contact.

Franzen is done. If he hasn't come back by now, he never will. If he ever did, the severity of his concussion symptoms would just make him a major injury risk. Could end up much worse from one good hit. Not worth it for his sake.
