f*** this game makes me crazy. We have the talent to win this game. What the hell happened to the team that spent the better part of the first 20 games beating the s*** out of everybody?

Jets are bigger, faster, hungrier, and play a better system.

They've had a week to figure this out against similar teams in Carolina and Philly. They either just don't match up well with their personnel or aren't smart enough to figure out a way to play against these teams.

I hope Steve Yzerman shoots (with an military grade assault rifle acquired by an illegal immigrant) the next Red Wing that turns the puck over because they lobbed some half-assed casual pass because they clearly don't give a s***.

And they lost to the Jets 4 - 1 in Detroit during that time. 

Some of the Ls in the last stretch were due to personnel shortages and goaltending. But not tonight. Ptobably the wrong game to hope to get back on track. 

9 times out of 10 a team built like this Winnipeg group are going to beat this version of the Wings. Unless they take 7 penalties.

This team has given up at the first sign of trouble. I really fuqqing hope SY isnt planning on keeping Lalonde for 7 ******* years like we did with Blashill. If this s*** is still going on by end of contract he has got to go.

We need to offload every single milktoast, Babcockian wet dream, 200 ft., do-nothing with a quickness. If you're Olli Maatta and your claim to fame is that nothing every happens when you're on the ice you've gotta go. Same for Andrew Copp. Holl. Petry. Gone. Gone. Gone.

I just don't know how we get rid of Copp, Holl, or Chiarot. I'm content to just pretend I love them till the contracts are over.

I HATE that one of the problems with this team in coaching AGAIN. It's such a cliche to rag on the coach, BUT f*** how is this not a problem? If he has even said a friendly "hello" to one of his players in the last 5 games he should be shot. Losers don't get greetings. The come to jesus moment needs to happen FAST.

Jets made THREE line changes while maintaining possession in the offensive zone the entire time.

Outcoached? More like completely fuqqing cucked.

Jets do the little things right and grind it out. Wings falter at the first sign of adversity. Good . Great. Grand.

When the family and I were in Detroit for that OT loss against the Habs - things were looking up - like the Red Wings were back to being a 'good/respectable' team again...A team that's fun to watch...But now - I really don't mind watching them lose - sorta comedic as to how piss poor they look...I'm hoping 1 of these days the coaching staff gets left behind on a road trip.

Last year I (mostly) held my tongue. It was a break from Jeff and, despite my problems with his personnel decisions, things were generally better. But jesus it only took 30 games for this team to digress back into a total fuqqing nightmare. And there's no Zadina and co to blame anymore. One more stab at this next season Derek and then I start turning on Yzerman.

I dont understand why we continually host these "nice" coaches that everyone likes? Can we PLEASE go back to abusive winning coaches like Bowman and Babs? Bring in Peters to say the N word a few hundred times, IDGAF. Do what it takes to win. Beat and molest these boys if you have to. Is that so much to ask?

That was humiliating. They were literally skating circles around us at the end of the game. They showed a closeup of Seider's face and he was completely disengaged. Like he wasn't even really paying attention to what was going on around him. Just looked overwhelmed. Get these dorks from behind the bench and get someone in there that will let these horses run man. There's no reason that this team shouldn't be playing big and fast.

AS a fan - I never quite get the dislike that some fans have for Torts...The guy gets results...So does Darryl Sutter.

Lalonde gets 2 new assistants before he even sniffs getting fired.  I'm questioning Yzerman directly, Berggren and Edvinsson should be on this roster full stop.  Demoted/trade whatever terrible contract you've saddled us with to get the job done.

I cannot believe Lalonde just said he "liked our 3rd period". He also answered "consistent play" when Trevor asked him what would spark the team. I hate everything about this guy right now. I swear to god I'd walk into the locker room before the next game and tell Justin Holl he's getting in a fight after the opening faceoff or he's scratched the game after. "Daniel Sprong, if you don't have 4 shots on goal by the 3rd period you aren't playing one single second. Go get em son".

Makes sense that SY would hire a guy out of his former organization. But this is our Guy Bouche. We are still waiting for Jon Cooper. SY must know some more lawyers who wanna coach. Best thing thing about a lawyer is he's only going to tell you what he wants you to know. That's all these boys need to know.

I simply looked at the boxscore and came to the clear conclusion that Winnipeg eased off and we just ran out the clock.  Lalonde just exudes small town used car salesman... selling 8 cars a year.

This is what I'd do when Perron and Kostin are back. Copp gets back in the lineup when someone gets hurt or f*cks up so bad he's even further in the doghouse.
