Nylander is the leader on that team now, its obvious.

Nylander carries, the bros cries.

Lmao you pathetic swedes never fail to make me laugh with your ridiculous posts. Face it, North Americans will be infinitely more successful at leading than any of you sad virgins ever will be. You are on the wrong side of this take, get over it losers.

8 outta 24 is now a majority. American education, everyone.

Thats more than any other nationality on the team Alfred Nobel.

I wont defend the american education system, as I am a high school drop out myself. But I did get my GED later on with a major in mathematical ideas.

Minor in confrontational psychosis

THIS.  This is why Matthews fails.  Unwilling to grind when ice space is zero.

Ha lets just say Yzerman has shifted this roster to majority American for a reason.

This is partly our problem, collecting players with Michigan ties and paying a premium for the privilege of their mediocrity.

Leveraging location is a problem for you?

Yup

When we sign mediocre players to too much money and term 'cause Michigan'... I sure do find that problematic.

The Leafs did it again.

They played well in Games 5, 6, and 7, watch them say, "we're so close", AGAIN, and not make any major changes. Plus I don't think trading Marner is going to be easy. Mitch would have to agree to a cut in pay when he signs his next contract, with another team. No team, other than Toronto, will give him more money.

Coincidentally, it was Mitch's guy that scored the winner.  Mitch came off the bench soft and let Pasta crank it up instead of getting in his way.  Leafs have so much soft.

Huh - didn't even notice...Was also said to be a set play - bouncing it off the boards like they did...Gotta say I was impressed.
