There is ZERO chance uncle Gary forces the Oilers to play with 13 guys. McDavid is going to be the first player with a contract 20 mil + AAV. It would not surprise me at all if the cap is raised to 100 mil by the start of the 2025-2026 season. We should have plenty of room once that happens. Get Seider done at 9.5 x 8 now and Berggren done at 1.75 x 3. Then we just need to get Husso on LTIR until we're cap compliant. The SCAM made a mess of this.
