Osgood?

I was looking on NHL.com and I was looking at the Red Wings injurys and Chris Osgood was not on there, wasn't he out with a broken hand? Is he back in the line up now ?

Nope. The link in the thread about Hasek's wrist says Osgood has been on the ice but has not seen any shots in practice and is not close to returning. Also says Liv or Howard will be called up to back up MacDonald for the next few games.

Oh, I missed that article, I hope they call up Liv!

Yeah, Ozzie broke his index finger on his right hand about a week and a half ago. At first they said it would be day to day, and just recently they said he'd be back Monday, but apparently he hasn't even practiced yet and isn't ready to go. He's about a week or two away from coming back. Unfortunately.

I heard (maybe read in another forum?) that he skated but didn't take any shots. Hurry back, Ozzie!!

That's correct !

His injury is probably not healing as fast as we all want to..

And why are some people talking about Stefan Liv ??

He plays like crap so far so why do you want him playing with the big boys ?????
