ChelisChick 174 Report post Posted April 22, 2007 (edited) Just said on NBC: McLennan suspened 5 games, Playfair fined $25,000, and Flames organization fined $100,000. Still nothing for Iginla and Lankow. Wings will put all this behind them and close this series out. They've wasted enough time on these idiots. Detroit # 1 Fan 2,204 Report post Posted April 22, 2007 I had a dream yesterday , Dano got a hat trick , Fought and Beat Phaneuf , Then in the 3rd all hell breaks loose as we have a 4-2 lead. Iginla and Bertuzzi drop them , Warrenener and markov drop them , and Lilja beats the s*** out of Nilson. I hope I'm physic. 4-2 wings win
betterREDthandead 58 Report post Posted April 22, 2007 Earlier people were afraid this quick turnaround time would benefit the Flames and hurt the Wings because the game is being played in Calgary. I think now the quick turnaround will help the Wings. They can go in with yesterday's display of thuggery fresh in their minds and be motivated to finish this thing tonight. LordLoki 0 Report post Posted April 22, 2007 I just hope I can get home in time to see the beginning of this game. After last night I think things could get out of hand real quick. Hopefully we can put one or two in the net early and take the fans out of it. Then we would just need to get through the rest of the game as safe as possible. I think I would prefer to see a boring and uneventful game tonight as long as it means we can move on with no more injuries.
Guest Tunbo Batman Report post Posted April 22, 2007 hmm, let's see.... Flames have been doing exactly sweet jacks*** f***all 5-on-5 for the firts 300 minutes of hockey this series.... Detroit has got to be on fire....at least they are in Kipper's head. Even the CALGARY media has jumped off the Flames bandwagon. I think they're done. Unless the refs somehow manage to gift-wrap them YET another home "win".

Salviaman 104 Report post Posted April 22, 2007 Red Wings: 5 (Lidstrom, Datsyuk, Draper, Lang, Bertuzzi) Flames: 3 (Iginla, Langkow, Hamrilik) Bertuzzi and Markov will get in fights and dominate!!!
dr_lobster 0 Report post Posted April 22, 2007 Detroit's specialty teams need to continue to perform as they did on Saturday. If they can kill penalties and get a goal off the PP, they'll be in good shape. Considering the amount of emotion (and some fatigue) on both sides, I'm predicting a wide-open game. 6-4 Wings. Heroes of Hockeytown 694 Report post Posted April 22, 2007 Just got off the phone with Rex and Flipper, Bob has been up all night teaching those two his secret Czech Karate Kwan Do-Jitsu so they can handle Iginla when he picks a fight with them. At least we'd get a power play , as Iginla would for sure get an instagating minor
kylee 727 Report post Posted April 22, 2007 im super pumped for this game tonight folks! time to say it: LETS STOMP OUT THE FLAMES FOR GOOD! Wings: just keep on doin what youre doin. Calgary: yall are a bunch of goons. from A - Z ps. i dont know if anyone on the boards has mentioned/noticed this (probably have) but, could it be that play"fair" sent out McClennan to do nothing but try to mess up franzen and take the punishment so it wouldn't have to be kipper? ive lost so much respect for the Flames and their fans during this series (and if that is really true about playfair WOW!) i have a feelin that detroit will take care of business tonight. put out the classless- foolish - dirty flames.
