the shot ratio is sooo overrated with kips. 80 percent of the wings shots are harmless from the corners and the boards.

even though the shots were 13-4 in the first the quality scoring chances were about even.

Great period for us and Man! Kipper is the biggest diver in the playoffs by a long shot this year. I agree with trying to keep players from interfering with the goaltender but please guys feel free to call unsportsmanlike conduct penalties as well, like they did with Dom that one time when he embellished.

Anyways great period, as long as we don't get hosed or unlucky we'll win if we keep this play up. Of course I know things will change.

I don't expect anything resembling fair officiating in this game, or whatever is left of the series. Honestly, this one may have already been decided off the ice, if we're not careful.

Is anyone watching the FSN feed, rather than Versus? I wondered what Mick and the guys are saying. Versus is presenting the Wings as worthy of any and all penalties, real or imagined.

I know what you mean. I love to go to other arenas and meet other teams fans. It's fun. People at the Joe don't really talk to you. But people at other arenas will talk to anyone not wearing THEIR jersey.
